He called the day of the appt. and said he might be a little late...(very thoughtful). After looking at it, he suggested a simpler and less expensive solution. I didn't think there were contractors like this around anymore. I would not hesitate to hire him....he's pretty rare."

"The Greentree team was excellent. Dan completed our estimate and answered all our questions regarding the work that would be performed. The installation team led by Troi, with Jessie, Art and Delmonte arrived on time every morning and worked hard to complete their quality work. They tarped off areas/furniture in the basement to reduce any dust, but honestly, they left the basement in better shape than they found it. Any questions we had, they answered in detail. In our opinion they went above and beyond our expectations and were a great group to work with. We have since had 2 inches of rain with no water in the basement. Looking into the new sump I can clearly see water coming into it that previously I would have had to shopvac off the floor. Thank you! In terms of cost we received 2 estimates and Greentree's was significantly lower than the other vendor."

It's great that our basement stays dry for the first time since we moved in over 30 years ago, but what blew me away was how good he was at everything contractors aren't generally known for: *Responded immediately to request for quote. *Followed exactly when I asked him to (wanted to wait a couple of months to schedule). *Then when I was ready to start, called when he had an opening & started our project EARLY. *On site personally every day. *Started every day by telling me what they were going to do & asked if I had any questions. *Cleaned up site every day, then told me what they'd done, would do next day, & asked again if we had any questions. *His crew was very good & reflected his customer relations skills. "We had extensive landscaping done all around our house and yard. We needed all old rocks and bricks removed from clear around our home and new bricks and landscaping rocks replaced. Also they removed a tree and dug out all of the roots so they could plant a new tree. We had 9 new trees planted with stones around them and new landscaping rocks. They also put in drip lines and new irrigation heads. We had 3 very large trees that needed bricks,concrete and rocks removed around them and replaced with new stones and rocks. They refigured some new landscaping in our front yard. After completing the landscaping they seeded our whole yard. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. They did a fantastic job. Even with everything they did it was done in extremely hot 90 degrees. They showed up on time and worked very hard to complete the job. I highly recommend this company they were excellent with everything they did."
