He was extremely responsive from the beginning, and he was even willing to work my project into an open window of time he had coming up in a couple of days. Not only that, he reached out right away to let me know about some scope changes he recommended for my project; these turned out to be exactly what we needed and saved us a potential future headache. Daniel and his team were very timely in showing up, and actually came a bit early to assess any additional supply needs, which they procured in time to get the project started by the originally agreed time.
