"Local Option did a great job turning our kitchen into a dream space! They remodeled, added a pantry and added electric outlets to more convenient locations near our appliances and wheee they added counter space. "We had Garage For You build us a detached garage. It turned out great. Ivona handled the permitting process and got the necessary surveys done quickly. The concrete was done quickly and they were clean. The carpenters were fussy about materials used and paid attention to the little things that made it a great job. "We actually had 4 major renovations - the basement finished, master bath remodel, kitchen remodel, and garage finished. Started the projects on 6/1/2022 and finished on 7/31/2022 - amazing time frame. Projects flowed smoothly, attention to detail was awesome. All of our questions and concerns were addressed to give us the utmost comfort level to choose Aaron/Clean Edge to handle our remodeling projects. Carmella did an awesome job in keeping us updated on when to expect contractors to be in the home. There is not one thing that I would have changed in what was done, but believe me, we did change things as we moved along in the projects... added a 1/2 bath in the basement and changed the kitchen and basement counter choices. Aaron and crew were amazing to work with. I would highly recommend them and were very happy to work with them."
