"We hired Elias Services for 2 projects. First was tree planting and second was to fix a drainage issue with our yard. We paid in full after we were told work was completed. However, after the first rain, it became clear that the drainage issue had become far worse. Where we use to get minimal pooling on in the spring, we now had a pond. The work was not completed per the terms of the contract. The photos are after they installed our so-called drainage solution. We were able to obtain a landscaping laser level and probe to find the pipe. We found that not only was the drainage pipe run uphill away from the house but no pea gravel or filtered sock has been used. Elias has not fixed the issue or refunded our substantial bill for our yard drainage and has had more than a month to do so."
