They worked tirelessly in the cold February. They cleaned after each day that they finished. The workmanship was top notched. 4) A few weeks after the work was completed, we called for a minor issue that we noticed due to the weather conditions. Ryan responded immediately to my call. Company supplies a trailer for you to store contents of your garage while work is being done. I had to contact company at 5 weeks because I had not heard from anyone. I was told there were not sufficient trailers available but if I could store my garage contents they could do the job next week. Then I receive a call that my scheduled day had to be pushed back because of machinery issues. Then the following day I get a call that they have reviewed the condition of my garage floor and it is too far gone to handle the resurfacing process. Total incompetence ! Awaiting the return of my deposit."
