(installer said it could not be done the way we had discussed with the salesman)  Installation took a lot longer than even they anticipated and a part had to be ordered as the installer cut a piece too short.  Anyway it took over a month to finally get the installation finished from the time it was started.  Seems like a long time from when the windows come in until they are even able to schedule an installation.  Their work was good and I assume we will not have any trouble with them.  Since it is a sun porch and it was not completed until the end of Dec., we have not had occasion to try them out.
