I hired Edelman to install a new furnace and AC system. The install itself went fine and the price was reasonable, but the customer service afterward was honestly one of the worst experiences I?ve had with any company. There was an installation error that caused power to be shut off to my entire property. Edelman did fix the issue, and at first they told me the invoice for the repair would be waived since it was related to their workmanship. Instead, I was repeatedly billed for it and eventually threatened with collections if I didn?t pay. This was only resolved after I opened a BBB complaint, at which point it was blamed on ?miscommunication between departments.? Throughout the process, I found the communication extremely poor. Jaime in particular was rude, dismissive, and completely invalidating of the situation. While the actual install team did good work, the back-end service and customer care were unacceptable. Because of this experience, I won?t be using Edelman again
