"I used Mr Rooter a few times for commercial properties. Darrell in customer service never honors the warranties and always makes up an excuse why its not covered. Josh the manager did not properly camera the lines, misdiagnosed the problem after another professional plumbing company came out, then pretended to do a favor when he offered me warranty which should have been included in the first place. These guys are horrible - they never fix the problem the first time, misdiagnose the problem, then upsell the water jetting which apparently has no warranty while other companies do provide warranty, and then may suggest replacing a sewer line when its not necessary. I will be contacting my credit card company to chargeback, BBB, and attorney for class action lawsuit. I could not be more upset and I lost a lot of money. I found another plumbing company that charges same prices, provides real warranties, and they diagnose the problem correctly the first time."
