Description of Work: Although we have had issues with this company in the past (they sent a station wagon when a minivan was requested and needed; seatbelts often not all functional, seems to take an inordinate amount of time to come once you call them that you have your luggage at the airports)) we continued to use it bc some of the indivvidual drivers were very nice. Never again. I placed and confirmed an order for a pick up at Midway Airport with transport to Evanston. When I arrived at Midway I waited until I had my luggage and then called to tell the dispatcher I would be outside. I realized I forgot to ask for the cab number and called back. At that point I was informed that there wasn't any cab at Midway for me bc they 'ran out of cabs.' I'm not sure when they planned on telling me that-they told me they were 'looking' for a cab that could get to Midway. There was no apology given, no time frame given, no explanation of why they accepted my order and then overbooked. No explanation of why they failed to tell me, either by procatively phoning or texting me, or in my initial call to them, that they did not have an available cab. I assume that they did not want me to join the taxi line and find out that their rate for Midway to Evanston ($55) is the SAME as any cab you can catch out there (without having to wait or risk having them fail to show up at all). I found the whole experience totally inexcusable.
