"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"The purchase of my new kitchen cabinets and counter tops went great, sales rep Greg was very attentive to all questions I had, made adjustments as needed, pricing was good, and they are made right on the premise, they came out to measure, delivery time was great, thought it would take maybe 4-6 weeks, we got in 2 weeks, delivery was on time promised, we did our own install. Counter tops were ordered and delivered 6 days later, installers were GREAT, Rodrigo and partner were on time promised, very professional, friendly, quick, cleaned up after, would not even know they were there, except for my new counter tops. Would definitely recommend Factory Plaza Per the picture the installers will do what is needed to get the job done 🙂"

"Travis was the installer. He was friendly and courteous. He explained all of the work he was going to do before he started. The finished product look great. He super nice to my 80 year old mother who sometimes got in his way while she was trying to watch what he was doing. He was also friendly to my two dogs. My whole Bath Fitter experience was great and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends."

"We had new flooring put in our living room, dining room, hallway and kitchen and new carpeting on the stairs. Wonderful experience beginning with our first encounter with Annette. She was totally professional and very patient with helping us make the right decision, which wasn't an easy thing to do with us. She explained all the aspects of the difference choices in flooring several times to us which helped with our decision. She kept in touch with us throughout the installment to make sure things were going smoothly. The installers we had were polite and also very professional. Made sure things were put in the right way. "The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."
