"Everything worked out fine. He was a nice young man and I thought he did nice work. I was very happy with it. He came out and we talked about what it is that we wanted to have done. We talked about 2 different jobs and he gave us a bid for both of them. One we thought was too expensive and so we decided just to go with the other one. The next time he came, he brought the materials and he brought a worker with him and they installed the shelves. I thought they were very accommodating.
