"Initially rep was attentive, howvever once payment was made the rep was seemingly less enthused to compete work. There was always an excuse as to why he or employees didnt not show, tried to bribe with the offer to illegally use a tax exempt, acknowledged mistakes and defencies and was to be refunding money but has yet to do so - as he advised to seek another contractor to complete despite having being paid. Paint was all over my floors, backsplash fell off, hood installed upside down - just to name a few"
