James and his teammate were wonderful. He reached out immediately once the request went out. He was very responsive and transparent with the cost, process and answering questions. He worked with us on color, design and scheduling. They were on time for the installation appointment and the decorations look great. James makes sure you are happy with the design and is happy to make adjustments as needed. We had a few bulbs out the first nite and he immediately came back to fix the issues. 5 stars!
