I contacted them yesterday for Mold Remediation services. I would recommend reaching out to this company for this type of service. I spoke to the owner and he was kind enough to talk me through my problem over the phone. He was completely honest up front and told me how to solve this issue on my own without spending any money. The other 2 companies I called for this service wanted to charge me a large amount upfront and I would have ended up wasting a lot of money if I hadn’t spoke to the owner of Illinois Mold Eradicator. It’s hard to find honest people now a days, I would highly recommend anyone to use this company as their first choice!

I never had mold eradication but Jeff was referred to me. He was very efficient and detail oriented, clean and seems like he never came into my house! He is extremely professional and he did as one person that even 5 people didn't do right. He also painted and did an excellent job!

Jeff did my closet that had mold in it. He was fast, good, and very friendly with it. The price was excellent compared to the 2 other quotes I got. He even left me some of his chemical behind that kills mold. He told me I can clean my bathroom with it also. I would recommend him to everyone.

Jefert was so easy to work with, he gave a thorough explanation for the type of mold in our attic. Along with pointing out each area, he gave background of other causes of moisture due to lack of proper venting and issues with insulation. Excellent, Jeff was very knowledgeable, honest and thorough. His price was the best quote I had gotten. He came in from day one on time and prepared for work. He realized that I was on oxygen and went above the proposal to eradicate all traces of mold. He even put an air purifier upstairs as well as in basement. We are very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend this company again.

Jeff was excellent. He was able to come to inspect our home the day we discovered the mold and was able to do the remediation 2 days later. His price was fair and itemized on the contract. He was professional and thorough and explained everything he was doing. He cleaned up the area very well. He stopped by when the water proofing contractor was here and agreed to do some additional water proofing on the outside of our our house. He was an excellent worker and we would not hesitate to hire again.
