The owner, Michael Cho was amazing. His hours for free estimates didn’t work with mine but he took the time to call me and worked what’s the best time that suits me. He’s thorough with explaining what he thinks is the best plan for my house. After the job was done, he also called and touched base with me how the job completed. He replaced some facing but didn’t charge me extra. I’m very pleased with the work his company done.

Northshore Gutter and Glass was great to work with. They helped make sure we had a good color match choice as we did not have the standard white trim. They made sure the pitch was right which is so important as our other gutters caused water drainage issues in our yard. Reasonable pricing with no hidden charges or fees. They were quick and cleaned up everything. Couldn t ask for more!

Mike was very friendly, timely, and straight forward. I never felt like I was getting the run around with what needed to be done. Cliff (installer) was professional, friendly, and on more than one occasion pointed out "issues" to me for full disclosure and discussed ways to correct them rather than covering them up. Both Mike and Cliff also spent the last hour or so cleaning up around the property picking up construction debris from their work and others to make sure the home looked as good as it could.
