"Great! They were unable to get all the way to the street from the catch basin. It was suggested I add a sewer clean out assure all the roots were gone and make it easier for future cleaning. This was suggested in the past, by another company , but the cost was out of sight. This company was very fair in price for both the cleaning (which included the inspection with the camera) and for the clean out installation."

"It went fine. They did a good job of working around the maze of piping under our kitchen sink, trouble shooting, and giving me clear descriptions of 2 different repair options. The repair person had some good advice regarding removing grease build
up ourselves and how to avoid clogs that may come from a garbage disposal. (I don't know if ours did.)
The only thing I didn't like was that the bill at the end seemed a little high, and they didn't include a breakdown of how they had arrived at that amount. (e.g. parts and service hourly costs. Big Deal discounts, etc.)

"Sam and his team at F3 plumbing were excellent. I recently purchased my home and have had several contractors come out and take a look at plumbing issues, F3 was by far the most straight forward and gave me a great quote. They preformed the work professionally and efficiently. Within a day they were able to come out and look at my plumbing and equipment. I ended up having them fix a leak in my water main line, rod the sewer, replace and upgrade my 50 gallon water heater with a 75 gallon water heater, demo and reinstall a full bathroom with bath tub, tile, and floor replacement (looks brand new beautiful and modern), and install a brand new dishwasher with a new connecting water line. Everything looks great and was professionally installed and they hauled away all of the trash. Great company and highly recommend!"

They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. "The job went very well and the work was done much more quickly than I expected.  I thought that the old laundry sink would take a great deal of time to remove and be replaced with the new one, but that was not the case.  The area was left in very clean condition.  Overall, the job was done very well, professionally, courteously, and swiftly.  Communication between me and Splash Plumber was timely and accurate.  When I need additional plumbing work done, including periodic sewer rodding, I will use Splash Plumber."

"Wanted a whole house humidifier installed in my 1,100 square foot townhouse.  Not much space to work with and was not sure if one would fit.  Found Black Diamond on Angie's List and was able to set up an appointment promptly.  Phone staff was courteous and professional.  Had technician come out to view the furnace and verify install could be done.  There was no charge for the inspection.  Technician verified humidifier could be installed and explained the process and said he could install that day and I gave the go ahead.  Install went smoothly with no issues.  Technician explained how to use the humidifier.  Humidifier is running great and my house finally has humidity.  Would recommend Black Diamonds services as I was pleased with the install.  Company was prompt and professional through out the whole process.

"It went great. I highly recommend Mike for any plumbing job. Mike was very friendly and professional, and responded right away to our requests to schedule, and then re-schedule the work. Also called both me & my husband as requested, to let us know he was on his way. He and his assistant arrived on time, and did the job quickly and professionally. The floor under the toilet was in worse shape than we had thought, as the boards underneath were damaged from the slow leak. But Mike was able to adjust the flange, which stopped the leak. They also put putty under the base, which another plumber had neglected to install. As for the sewer rodding, they also did a great job. They rodded out the line fully, past where the tree roots were breaking through. They began inside the basement, but because of how the pipes are in our 100+ year old house, had to go outside to finish rodding it out. Mike is an excellent plumber. I have nothing but praise for the guy. You will not be disappointed."
