"They identified that my light on the outside motion light had blown out. They took it down and said that I would have to call them when I purchased another one and they'd have to come out for an additional fee. I told them I had shortages in my kitchen and supposedly they told me there were too many things on my line and they were going to change that for me, but I should consider getting a whole new electrical panel. They supposedly switched the things over and said I shouldn't have any problems, and it never worked. The same night we had a problem. Basically I spent money for two hours and didn't get any real results. There were two people. They were very nice but not effective. I also asked for an estimate on something and that didn't happen, I had to call him back and remind him. I'll never have them out again."

"I was contacted within 24 hours of accepting the contract, and was asked to provide a description of required services.  We swapped emails back and forth a couple of times, hashing out the details, and then I was given my choice of dates for service.  The electrician arrived on schedule, and worked efficiently but quickly.  He kept an eye on the clock as we moved through the various tasks, and let me know that he could either stop at the 2-hour mark or I could choose to keep him longer, at their standard rate. I did choose to keep him an hour later, to complete the chandelier installation.
He was extremely professional but friendly.  Most importantly, the lights look great and work perfectly.  I am very happy with the entire process, and would use this provider again.
