He was so careful to keep everything clean. He sanded down the old first refinishing job and did a beautiful job on the application of the new finish. Plus, he was polite, friendly and fast. "I am thrilled with the results of our tub resurfacing! Our project was completed in about 3 1/2 hrs. on 6/24/24. We opted for the low odor option & am glad we did. Noise wasn't much of a factor either. Very responsive communication which made scheduling very easy. Professional, friendly, great service. Cleaned up very well at the end of the project. Our tub, which is cast iron & very likely original to our 100 year old house, was in terrible shape. I was embarrassed to have anyone see it. Now it looks brand new! "Overall it was a good experience. In total it look about three weeks to complete the remodel of our smallish bathroom. Kevin the sales person was great, very responsive through out the whole process. This was our first time doing a remodel and did feel like they could have walked us through it a bit more. Most of the miscommunications and hiccups through out the process could have been avoided with a bit more communication. Alex our project manager (I think that was his role) never saw our bathroom until the end to collect the second payment. He wasnâ t very responsive so we had to utilize Kevin through out the process. Armando the lead builder was awesome. Him and all the workers he brought in were very respectful of our old building and put up with our yappy dog. It would have been nice if on the first day Alex came out and made sure we were all on the same page with what was happening. Again it was our first remodel project so we were learning as we went. I did feel like I needed to be home most of the time to make sure things were being done the way we had talked to Kevin about it. It was also really difficult getting approval from our condo board because of miscommunication. It wasnâ t clear who from Century City was in charge of that, it did delay things a couple of days. Overall it was a good experience and we are happy on how it turned out. They were responsive and fixed things that we werenâ t happy with. They also have a lifetime guarantee which is nice to know."

"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"
