I will say the salesperson said they could treat the outside "rain or shine' which sounded odd to me, and the tech said they could not treat the outside due to snow. Were not worried about it, but a pretty simple job for them to treat only the inside at a 1st visit cost. We will see how they do for the year of the contract."

I immediately contacted Experigreen to cancel automatic payment and tell them what happened. I also told them not to bill my account since the work was not done and then spoke to Lilly and terminated their services. They billed me anyways on the same day and I received a reminder email about this outstanding bill. I called and was told they would not void the bill and that my only option is to have them come back out. When I refused because I don't trust them, I was told that I can explain that to the collection agency! No way! Never had such horrible customer service!"

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

We would skip the dust if we were to do it again, even if it meant repeated treatments."

In addition,we had him fully convert to a gas fireplace with the existing fake logs we had. He set everything up really nice and painted the interior walls and it looks great. The work was fast and very reasonable. Highly reccomend."
