Excellent results. Joe removed a Hugh bird nest and large amount of lint from wall vent. I joined their program to receive notice every two years.

The dryer vents are now clean

Our dryer was broken. We called out a dryer repair man to take a look at it and fix it. He said that we blew a fuse because the dryer was working so hard, due to the fact that there was too much lint in the vent. He said that we needed to call another service out to clear the lint out of the vent. He recommended Dryer Vent Wizard. So, I immediately called them to set up an appointment. The girl who answered told me that they first had to inspect the dryer to make sure that I needed the lint blown out and the inspection fee cost $49.99. I said, "I just had a dryer repair man out here and that's exactly what he said needed to be done. I really don't feel that I need to pay your guy to inspect it AGAIN and tell me the SAME THING, when I just paid a dryer repair man to tell me that." I told her that I didn't want the inspection - I just needed them to blow out the lint. She said, "Well, I'm sorry but that's our policy". Well, that's sad because you just lost a new customer. She didn't seem to care as she didn't apologize and just hung up. SEE YA!

Joe Enzenberger did a great job. He tried to clear the blockage from the dryer to the roof vent but the blockage was too great. He went into the attic and detached the dryer vent pipe from the roof vent and cleared the blockage.

I was very impressed with the quality of work performed. I called and got an appointment within a few days. He called before showing up and showed up on time. He was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning out the entire dryer and the vent. My vent was completely clogged and my dryer was not working at all. After the cleaning my dryer is working like new. I would recommend this company for sure. I thought the price was fair for the work completed. He was at my home for a little over 2 hours and the job he did was excellent. The price for the vent cleaning is based on length of the vent and mine is almost 40 feet long, so that is why the price is on the higher end. He also took apart and cleaned out the entire dryer and replaced the dryer vent leading into the wall

Service was excellent. Joel obviously knew his job. One of the things that really impressed me was how highly Joel spoke of the company and the owner. To me, a company that treats its employees that well is a company that understands good business practices and a company you can trust.

Overall very impressed by the service provided. Service was able to be scheduled within a few days of initial contact. Joel arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problems which included substandard flexible tubing at both the dryer and outlet ends that was installed when the house was built. In addition the flexible tubing was smashed where it left the dryer. These sections were replaced with fireproof flexible aluminum and all joints were taped with metal tape and clamps, replacing the duct tape originally used. The approximately 25-30 feet of metal tubing was then routed and cleaned. I was surprised at the amount of lint that was removed since I always clean the dryer screen after every load. The dryer works like new and drying time has been substantially reduced. All work was performed in a very timely and friendly professional manner. All work areas were left clean. Joel explained everything that he was doing and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

the technician knew what he was doing. he tested the output from the exterior vent before and after so show us that after the duct was replaced much more air was able to pass through.

I went with them because they were privately owned, local and seemed to have good ratings. They were easy to get a hold of. They arrived on time. Perhaps it's my fault that I didn't verify price before they did the work but I feel I was significantly overcharged. My dryer vent is very short. It's located right next to the outside wall. They charged me $173. Friends and family said that was outrageous. They thought it should have been between $75-$100. Live and learn.

I have them come up out every year for my dryer. Because I have one of those vents where because of the design of the house it gets clogged and I don't want to have the hefty repairs of going through another dryer. So, it's worth it every year to have them come out here to keep it clean.

The job was done in an extremely professional manner. Joe Enzenberger took his time in a cramped environment and things were completed in a perfect manner. He is a really nice guy and takes pride in his work. This is the second time I've had him out and he is the best!

We wanted a professional opinion on our dryer vent installation. The serviceman arrived early, was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He wore boot covers when working inside, looked over our dryer and vent and performed cleaning. We were surprised at their quote. There was a $49 "inspection" fee we were aware. On top of that the vent cleaning was $150, dryer cleaning $70. We were upsold on a dryer vent connection we probably didn't need. We could've purchased a new dryer for the price. Overall pleased with the work but in hindsight we would've went with someone else based on cost.

Joe was very professional, on-time and thorough with his evaluation and repair. To start his repair he actually had to fix a situation with a washer drain which was improperly installed. He also replaced the dryer transition vent which was not to code. Great job and will definitely use his company again when needed.

This was the 2nd time we had used DVW, in different houses. Both times the work was done well and the rep was very professional.

Joe and Joel were on time, efficient, and extremely customer service oriented. They took great care with my home using shoe covers and moving rugs. They thoroughly examined the venting and then outlined a plan which included cleaning the vent as opposed to replacing it at this time. Joe took air flow readings before and after the cleaning. They also shared the amount of lint that was removed from my approximately 40 foot vent. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. I only wish I could have signed up for the repeat customer protection, but we are likely to move and the protection stays with the house. I will hire thee guys in my new home since having a clean dryer vent is quite important for safety reasons.

Showed up right on time, provided an estimate before work was started and finished up by showing the results of the service. Very happy with the work as we feel safer now that the vent is clean.

He was upfront with the costs and was very thorough. He showed us where the build up was and also checked the outflow of heat as far as temperature and speed before the cleaning and after which showed a significant improvement. He was on time and very efficient. Very professional.
