I am a monthly member of their and quot;unlimited washand quot; program for $19.95 per month. I like to wash my auto at least twice a week and find this program the most cost effective in my area. This location is also right next door to a good and reasonably priced gas station (Thornton's) and as such the location (1.25 miles from my home) is very convenient. I've also used them for some detailing services on my auto which they performed very well.

My car went up off the rail during the car wash. Noone came to my help until after the car behind me bumped me. They finally came and told me to turn my wheel, all the while my underside was making a horrible noise with the metal of the track. I pulled over once I was out, and went inside to complain and see what happened. Not a soul around...finally a guy came walking thru, pretended he didn't speak english. I just wanted a Manager. It took almost 10minutes for the manager to come out. Meanwhile, there were two workers by the track, kicking the area my car went off. Finally the manager came out. It was the same lady who was out there telling me to turn my wheel to free my car. She was a mean, unsympathetic lady. She told me it was my fault that i turned the wheel. Well - I've been going thru car washed for many years and I think I know not to turn my wheel??? Then she said it was my fault cuz something was wrong with my car. She blamed me, never said sorry and was holding a total attitude. She said someone would look at my car to make sure there was no damage, but i'd have to wait awhile cuz they were real busy back by the oil change. So I left, absolutely furious. Nothing ended up being wrong with my car, but the entire experience was so horrible. DO NOT go here. This story doesn't even begin to tell how irate I was (am) over the situation and how bad it was.

Fuller's Carwash and Detail Centers are reasonable priced and do good work. It is a drive up service center so you don't need an appointment. It's really quick service and very convenient. The complimentary car wash with an oil change service is great.
