The installation team led by Troi, with Jessie, Art and Delmonte arrived on time every morning and worked hard to complete their quality work. They tarped off areas/furniture in the basement to reduce any dust, but honestly, they left the basement in better shape than they found it. Any questions we had, they answered in detail. In our opinion they went above and beyond our expectations and were a great group to work with. We have since had 2 inches of rain with no water in the basement. Looking into the new sump I can clearly see water coming into it that previously I would have had to shopvac off the floor. Thank you! "I expected this work to cost me upwards of $7,000 and was surprised that their bid came in at just under $4,000. They explained during their onsite visiting exactly what they were going to do and what I needed to do to prepare for their arrival. All work was to be preformed from inside the basement (unfinished) and would require quite a bit of coordination with a plumber and other resources and be done in a timely manner. They claimed it could be completed in a single day but I was highly skeptical given that it required jack hammering out a 45 line of basement floor just to start the project. On the scheduled day, they showed up as planned, completed the work and left absolutely no trace that they had been there. My plumber was able to return to hook up the water heater the next morning after the cement had cured. Amazing experience. Huge load off my mind. If you are in the Peoria area and have basement leakage issues, trust these guys to to the job correctly and with a ton of integrity. Can't praise them enough."
