"I expected this work to cost me upwards of $7,000 and was surprised that their bid came in at just under $4,000. They explained during their onsite visiting exactly what they were going to do and what I needed to do to prepare for their arrival. My plumber was able to return to hook up the water heater the next morning after the cement had cured. Amazing experience. Huge load off my mind.
