"I expected this work to cost me upwards of $7,000 and was surprised that their bid came in at just under $4,000. They explained during their onsite visiting exactly what they were going to do and what I needed to do to prepare for their arrival. They claimed it could be completed in a single day but I was highly skeptical given that it required jack hammering out a 45 line of basement floor just to start the project. On the scheduled day, they showed up as planned, completed the work and left absolutely no trace that they had been there. My plumber was able to return to hook up the water heater the next morning after the cement had cured. Amazing experience. Huge load off my mind. If you are in the Peoria area and have basement leakage issues, trust these guys to to the job correctly and with a ton of integrity. Can't praise them enough."
