"The project finished up well. Communication and responsiveness was an issue at times. Electrical work that need to be done as part of the project was never mentioned until the end - resulting in additional charges. They don't like to quote the components of the job - just the total price so when part of the job was eliminated the amount to be subtracted was up for debate and not as much as they first claimed it would be."
