Nate is very motivated and well-organized, such that he was able to build our home in roughly four months, right through the dead of winter in the Idaho mountains during a local construction boom. He is also VERY budget conscious. By carefully selecting sub-contractors and suppliers, and allowing us to do a couple of small projects ourselves, he brought the entire project in several thousand dollars UNDER budget! "Called on the Dec. 9 and the tech was heee in 8 hours. Wow what a difference between this home warranty to the last home warranty I had, it would be a week before they got someone out here and that would only happen if I continued to hound them to get someone out here. It put my faith back in home warranty again where was lost. Always had home warranty’s when I own my own homes. Never had a problem when I came from the DFW area to West Virginia . I just thought that West Virginia didn’t have people doing home warranty’s special after I had select home warranty’s it would take sometimes two weeks to get somebody out here and that was because they allowed me to call a technician to come out then you would have tell the technician that they needed to call select home warranty to work out a deal before fixing my problem. They done this to me every time. Nobody works on the weekends so if it happens during the weekend you file your claim but the catch of it is that the 48hrs they told it could get a hold of you doesn’t start until Monday morning and stops at 6 on fridays. Listen if you take my advice of a home owner that’s had a home warranty for 30 yrs stay away from select warranty. I had choice before and they always have done me right. It put my faith back in having repairs done in a timely manner"

"Snowden construction LLC did exactly what they said they would do ! Loved there quality work and dedication ! Even though my architect screwed up on some measurements, snowden construction had no problem fixing and adjusting things to make it work ! What most impressed me was one contractor that handled all of my needs !!! I didn't have to hire a bunch of different companies because snowden construction did it all ! I would definitely use them again on anyone of my projects they are very honest and very understanding and lenient ! "The initial consultation was very pleasant. We agreed to take our shared fence down so they could access the area needing work. They would be entering from our neighbors yard. They called my husband and told them they would be starting on Oct. 9. My husband waited all day for them to arrive, no call, text , or email explaining their absence. They arrived the next day. Workers got all but concrete poured. My husband noticed they did not pull the stump out as agreed right next to where they were pouring. He contacted the leader and told him he under no circumstances did not want concrete poured until the stump was removed to avoid future damage to our new foundation. The worker said they would remove it. I got home the next day and noticed they concrete was done and the stump was still there. I also noticed they had broken some of my curbing and did not fix it. My neighbors yard was littered with leftover gravel mix, concrete and trash. They came back to collect their tools and picked up some of their trash. My husband came home and looked over their work with the lead guy. I pointed out that I was upset they had broken curbing and did not bother fixing it. He said he could come back in a few weeks to fix it. (It has been 3 weeks and it is still not fixed.) We questioned the stump still being there after we were very clear about what we wanted. He said the "cut the root that went under our foundation. In summary, they did a great job with the concrete, but left a mess for us to clean up. They broke things said they would fix them but did not . They did not follow through with what my husband said in regards to not pouring until the stump was removed."
