He arrived at scheduled time- on-time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. He kept the work area very clean...And left the area clean. Since he bid the job sight unseen, he adjusted his final price downward (!) due to the fact that it was a simpler job than initially expected. A few days later, he personally called to follow-up and find out if we were satisfied with the work. That was a first...And we have dealt with dozens of local contractors over the years ! They also installed new trim throughout the house. I had they install shiplap on my island and the best part of it all, they installed a dog station in my island.
