"One of the owners, Kelly, met with me at my home where I needed a new sliding glass door.  I had already visited with one salesperson and Kelly was much more personable and eager to answer all my questions.  Before he left I was sold even though I had two other companies to speak with.  He gave me quotes for several door qualities before he left and since it went so well, I asked him to meet me at my rental where the windows and doors are older one pain aluminum.  He again gave me a quote before he left the residence.  I decided to just do the three doors because the total for everything was more than I could afford at the time.  (In the future, I will use Treasure Valley Exterior to update the windows at the rental). 
Kelly told me he would be hunting the following week, but to call him any way and he would place the order.  Turns out he was not able to place the order for another week.  I wish he would have allowed me to make the order with his office because I did not like waiting the week and wanted the door in my primary residence as soon as possible. 
Once we were able to place the order they sent Duffy to do final measurements before the doors were ordered.  He came by on a Saturday and measured both. 
In approximately 3 weeks we scheduled install.  Again there was some confusion.  The day before they were to be installed Natalie called to ask if we could do it early.  I was eager to get them installed so I agreed.  But, it turned out that only the doors in the rental were installed and not the one at my home.  On Friday I called Natalie to confirm that the door at my home would be installed as scheduled.  But, there was some miscommunication between her and Duffy.  She was not able to get in contact with him until the following Monday and we set a tentative install for the next day. 
The install went well.  Duffy is a very nice guy and someone you feel comfortable having in your home.  He did forget a few pieces of the old door but only small pieces that were easily thrown away by me. 
I have not seen the rental doors, but I love the door at my house.  It slides nice and has a secure lock.  The install looks good and I believe I have a lifetime warranty.  It is also very quiet and I definitely can tell the difference in keeping the house warm.  I think the quality is excellent!
We also had Treasure Valley Exterior put in new windows at my office, and two of my co-workers that live in Company housing homes.  There was similar confusion with install dates.  The office windows are a big upgrade and definite improvement in insulation.  My co-worker did say that he was happy with the windows, but  wished the screens were made differently because he thought there was a design flaw that made it easy for insects to crawl through the bottom of the screen. 
Overall good quality at an excellent price, but could improve communication.
