"My experience with this business is top notch. I can't say enough good points about Idaho Fireplace and Chimney! He saved me! My only heat source in my home is my wood stove. I was told by another fireplace company in Boise that I couldn't install a new wood stove, it wasn't possible to replace my existing wood stove (pretty sure they didn't want to do the work and just sell me a pellet stove). Richie made it happen. I got a new stove and new liner and for a reasonable price. It was probably more work than he realized, but he was gracious and polite and professional. He came out and looked at what I wanted done, gave me an estimate and I accepted it. He then went to work on cleaning up my back yard. It was a lot of work (I estimated it took about 4.5 hours), but he was very professional, personable, easy to work with and did a great job! If I need help in the future in cleaning up my yard, I will not hesitate in calling him again."
