"I purchased the 119 for carpet & outside windows and added on the stairs. In 2 of the rooms the carpets still have stains in them. Several windows had water spots and still look dirty. I'm not very impressed.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Scott was very professional and skilled. He was flexible with timing and came short notice for an emergency bathroom repair due to a leaking toilet. He problem solved and assisted with replacing subfloor, plank flooring, and reinstalling toilet and sink. He even ended up adding on helping replace a hot water heater. 5 star work.
