"We hired Lance for a small tile job and kept him employed for over a calendar year. He is a perfectionist in every project we ever gave him to do. He is incredible at tile work, Sheetrock, mud, taping, lath and plaster repair, texturing, framing, flooring, millwork, concrete… the only thing he didn’t tackle for us was electrical and plumbing. He cleans up after himself, puts tools away, and leaves the space put back together. I kept him employed for so long and kept giving him work because he did such good work. He has become a friend to me and my family. I wish that I had unlimited money to keep him working all the time."

"Gutted the existing kitchen and installed new floor, cabinets, island, countertops, lighting, and skylight. Installed another 800 sq. ft. of ceramic tile floors w/heat cable in remainder of house. Tye suggested ways to get a better result, fixed issues with uneven stairs we didn't realize we had, and gave excellent service. I work from home, and the crew was careful not to disrupt my work. To do the floors, they had to move all our belongings from room to room. They were careful and respectful of everything. They always cleaned up at the end of each day, and took care to see that our dog and two cats didn't get out. Tye's bid sheet was complete, detailed, and professional so we always knew in advance what costs would be. We'll be having them back for additional projects as we work through the remainder of our remodeling plans."

"had purchased this on a Deal. I moved my office to the in-law suite, and wanted something outside my norm - yet not too jarring. The decoraator is in Mass. We communicated via email, Pinterest., Houzz, their website and phone conference. I planned to reuse my light cherry office furniture, but needed to get rid of the white wall look. I sent photos of the room and a floor plan. I answered their online style questionaire and sent photo of the furnishing, my favorite Arts n Crafys desktop lamp and some of the art work I wanted to use. The result was a vibrant palate that is invigorating and joyful to work in. Using the colors from some paintings I collected in Africa15 years ago and my electric taste. the result was very bold. (Formerly my definition of bold was any color other than white or beige. The cair rail and lower walls are a terracotta with a rich deep gold on top. The remaining woodwork and doors are a dark slate gray with a satin finish. (Really - no white glossy woodwork.) I feel like I am in some exotic place when I work. I have met with other designers in the past. They ask your likes, then tell you what think regardless. Not so here, the process was interactive, two sided and balanced. The results are stunnung. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, even if no big deal is available.
