"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

She went above and beyond and spent a great deal of time working with my husband and my differences to ensure that we have the best ultimate design that fits our needs. "Justin and Andy were great. Installed garbage disposal for me. Original estimate, before they judged the scope of work, was about $170, but went up $55 when they saw they would have to move the g.d. to the other sink because of its size. This was still under the $300 average for this work. PLUS, when Justin and I got to talking about hard/soft water issues, I mentioned that I had to change the filter on my refrigerator but didn't know how, he did it for me at no charge. Will definitely use them again."
