"The whole experience was easy. I set an appointment with owner Michael. Michael & co-worker arrived on time. Both have excellent communication skills & did an exceptional job putting a recliner together shipped in a box. They removed tge old recliner as quoted in the price. The place was left cleaned up. I understand this is a small job for Equality Builders of Columbia Basin, but they both handled the job very professional. They handled multiple projects for us in one visit, including replacing bathroom baseboards with PVC, repairing a soft spot in the floor, installing stair railings, fixing drywall, updating outlets, and sealing/caulking throughout. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and communication was excellent.
