N4 Construction LLC

We hired N4 Construction for several projects on our property. One was a small-ish project, the addition of a tack room to our barn.  This was our first project with N4, and we were so happy with the work that was done, we decided to pursue several other projects that we had been considering doing for quite some time. We have been extremely happy with the work done on all of them. All work done by N4 (Luke Novak) was completed in a timely manner, it was well-done, on budget, and the construction site was kept clean and organized every day in such a way that minimized the disruption to our daily lives. Luke was very attentive to these details and, while they may not be important to the men in my home, it was VERY important to me. Projects included: home addition to the entire back side of the house, addition of a tackrooom in our barn, addition of deck and staircase off master bedroom.  

I have worked with N4 Construction on both major and minor building projects for over a year now. They have helped me with major renovations to a guest house after pipes burst. They have helped me do major installations of generators, gas heaters in a pole barn. Inside work such as flooring, dry wall, texturing, painting, light plumbing and light electrical. They've done a ton of finish work such as tastefully done baseboards, window trim, cabinets, etc. They've used heavy equipment for dirt work, rock work, digging trenches. Even when a project wasn't something they normally worked on – they'd find a solution. That which they didn't feel they were expert at they subbed out to other highly reliable contractors. I mean, what can I say? They were very professional, extremely honest, priced fairly. Never had to wonder about what they were up to. Good communication. The highest compliment I can say is that they were also extremely fun to be around and we became good friends along the way. In summary, these are the guys you're looking for. Just call them. You'll thank me later.
