It?s been three months and someone called again today about the final payment?my husband informed him that we still didn?t have the correct doors and that the correct plumbing vent had not been installed. They are a very personable company, but not always correct or fast."

He quoted me a reasonable bid over the phone during our first conversation. Chad was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We set up a date for his guys to come out and remove old, install new and dispose of the old water heaters. They were so efficient and did a great job! "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
