Our Comany uses the most advanced H.E.P.A (High Efficiency Particulate Air) Filtered Air Duct Cleaning System available. It is designed and manufactured by Nikro Industries, one of the leading manifactureres of H.E.P.A filtered vacuum equipment in the United States. All of our equipment is manufactured to meet or exceed OSHA, EPA, and NADCA Standards for cleaning the air of nuisance dusts. Our powerful H.E.P.A Filtered Vacuum System will first be connected to your air duct near your furnace. Various tools will then be used to dislodge the contaminants and debris in your air ducts. The powerful vacuum will then pull the contaminants out of the ducts and through the filtration system, returning clean air back into your home. Once your system is cleaned, all access holes are resealed, returning your air duct system to original clean condition.

Dryer Vent Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You can install a washer and dryer in most places throughout your house, provided you have the proper plumbing lines and electrical outlets needed. You’ll also need enough space to install ventilation for the dryer, which can limit where you install the washer and dryer. Common places to install a washer and dryer in a house include a dedicated laundry room, the basement, a bathroom, a hall closet, or even a kitchen. Keep in mind: It will cost a lot more money to install a washer or dryer in a space that is not currently designed to support these appliances.

The main factor to a full lint trap is what you are drying. Clothing or textiles made of heavy natural materials, like wool sweaters or cotton towels, generally create more lint than synthetic fibers. If you wash the same type of clothes all the time and suddenly start to notice more lint, that may be a sign that your dryer vent is getting clogged and you need to call in a pro for a professional cleaning.

While maintaining a clean dryer vent is crucial for your household’s safety, a professional dryer vent cleaning service will do the trick, and replacing the vent isn’t usually necessary. Provided you don’t see any kinks in your vent or damage to the exterior, a cleaning will maintain your home’s safety and will cost you less than a full replacement. You’ll spend an average of $150 on dryer vent cleaning, while a replacement will cost about $225, and both will yield more or less the same result.

Failing to open your flue can lead to serious health hazards if you start a fire because the smoke will back up into your home. Breathing fire smoke, even in relatively small quantities, is bad for human lungs, and smoke can also irritate your nasal passages and eyes. Furthermore, smoke can cause damage to your interior fixtures and furnishings, at the very least leaving an unpleasant smoky smell for a long time. In short: If your flue isn’t open (or you’re not sure if it is or not), don’t start a fire to find out!

If you just moved into a new house or found significant mold, dust, or pest remnants in your vents, or you see condensation on your air vents, you can easily find a highly trained pro to do the job correctly by asking a few key questions:

  • Do you have proof of liability insurance?

  • What about worker's compensation insurance?

  • Are you a member of the NADCA?

  • Have you worked on my model of HVAC system before?

  • What is included in your contracted amount?

  • Can you provide local references?
