Very smoothly and professionally. The installer was friendly, on time, cleaned up and did not waste time. I have used the company for my previous home and have been very pleased with the quality of the windows. They operate smoothly and are very energy efficient.

It worked well. They're expensive windows, but they come with a lifetime guarantee. They are definitely top of the line quality.

It went fine. Because we are senior citizens and on a fixed income, the price was high, but the quality of the work was great. Their punctuality and professionalism were great. I probably won't use them again because the cost was so high.

So they are working out a deal to make payments each month that I can. Then I will pay them off when my check comes. They were very very gracious. It was really nice. It was a very very wonderful price, I mean very very good. They weren't fussy or anything about the down payment or anything. They were awesome. I recommend them to anybody. I haven't priced windows for a long time, but what I looked at, they were very very well good at their price. They were very economical.
  You can clean the windows both the inside and outside from the inside. They are very nice and sealed. I don't get any dust in or around them now. They did an excellent job on explaining things. They didn't push me on which windows I wanted. They showed up on time. They had them in faster than you can shake a snake by the tail. They didn't leave a drop of saw dust any where. I have never seen a company so efficient as they are. They were very professional, very kind, and was very decent acting and everything. They weren't smart with there talk. They were so excellent. They talked to normal to one another, they knew what they had to do. One was on the outside, one was on the inside, and zip zip, they began.

Everything went fine. They are very professional and easy to work with. They finished earlier than they said they would. They offered the product and they explained the product. They did exactly what they said they would. The price was okay.

The service from American Exteriors went fine. They were priced high. Working with the people who installed the windows were good. I thought that it was misleading working with the sales reps. They put me with Wells Fargo, they payments with Wells Fargo and they didn't give me a choice to whom to go with really. It was very misleading. I could have got a loan from the credit union cheaper. I thought that they were very misleading. The workmanship and the windows are good. I just felt that I was mislead with the sales rep. I would not use this company again because they were misleading. I ended up spending nearly 5000 dollars and when you payout it turns out to be like 7000 so I am making double payments now because I don't want to pay that extra interest.

They were very prompt. We have a flooding door in bedroom and my husband wanted it in obscured glass but the salesman didn't put that down. The price was a little high.

The salesman came out on time to show the product and give me a price. They are pricy as mentioned in another post by another member. I wanted a few days to think about it and get over the sticker shock. He left me alone (no high pressure sales which was very good), I decided to order the windows and called a few days later. Another installer came out again at the appointed time to take measurements to insure they were measured correctly the first time (measure twice cut once as the saying goes). They did not take any money up front, they just want payment once the windiows are installed and I am satisified the job is done correctly. I can add more once the job is done. So far a very good company to do business with.

All the measurements added up to 8 windows we are going to be replacing and the price for their services was a little out of our price range but the quality of the product seems to be some of the best on the market from what I could tell.
