I was quoted one price and then when the tech showed up he tried to charge us more. The carpet cleaning was less than adequate. I could have done a better job with a cheap cleaner. There were spots you could tell that were not gone over. They did not do any vacuuming beforehand nor was there any attempt to dry the carpet. The service was cheap in more ways that one. The company might be good at other types of work but as far as cleaning carpet, they are sub-par.

The crew arrived on time and performed the service within the scope of work as described.

They needed to delay their servicing due to schedule conflict, but called on a timely basis and set up new appointment. On cleaning day, the technician called and confirmed the appointment, did a thorough job (much better than the last furnace cleaning), and cleaned up and moved furniture back that he had moved to do the duct cleaning. He was pleasant and knew his job. I'll use them again the next time.
