"I read all the reviews and chose Mike from O2 Clean. Great choice!! We wanted to keep some carpets in a home we were renovating. He came in and did a wonderful job making them look almost like new. They were cleaned and sanitized...he even was able to get out some paint mist that we got on the carpet. What a great job!! We will call on him again!!"

"Had a couple of stains from kids and pets that I weren’t sure were going to come out. Happy Lion Cleaning was friendly, fairly priced, and did a great job at making my carpets look like the day they were installed. I will definitely call Happy Lion again."

"They did an excellent job on our carpets. The carpets came out clean and refreshed. They also cleaned a couple of chairs. These too came out great. I would highly recommend Kayle for and carpet and furniture cleaning project."

Professional carpet cleaning can cause mold if the job is not done properly. Mold can grow wherever moisture is present, so make sure you hire a pro who knows the process inside and out.

It’s possible to DIY upholstery cleaning, but it’s usually best to leave the work to a professional. If you use aggressive cleaning solutions or are too rough with the material while trying to clean it, you could do permanent damage that demands repair or a full replacement. This issue is especially risky with more delicate materials, like leather, silk, and rayon. Some upholstery needs to be dry cleaned, and knowing how and when to use different cleaning methods is paramount for avoiding damage. A professional upholstery cleaner will know what products and methods are safe to use.

Vinegar is acidic and makes a great cleaning agent for many items throughout the house, including some upholstery. It should not be used for any upholstery with the code S or X. It can be used for W labels. To use a vinegar solution, mix equal parts water and vinegar and blot the stain using a gentle circular motion with a clean microfibre cloth and then allow to dry completely. As with any DIY solution, test a small and inconspicuous section first.

It’s best to avoid using furniture polish, any oil-based cleaners, varnish, ammonia, and cleaning solvents. Other harmful materials include chemicals like acetone or alcohol, which can cause severe damage to your couch.
