Olivia was super great! She was very prompt in her responses, and was able to slot me in at a good time. She was quick and offered great rates. She did a move-out job for us, and of everything on the extensive list, the property manager only mentioned that the oven couldâ ve been a little more clean, and there was still a slight ring in the toilet bowl. For my standards, she did an absolutely fantastic job, and I would not hesitate to hire her again or recommend her to others!

Olivia was fast and efficient and does an amazing job! I have tried to make my house look like she does, but it takes me days to even come close and by then, the dogs and kids have made it dirty again. She is a miracle worker! Highly recommend!

This gal is a thief. She cannot be left in a home unsupervised. The first time she came to my home she did an OK job. She also seemed sweet and trustworthy. Well, I am either naïve or stupid or both. The reason I hired her in the first place is because I have chronic pain and need help with housework now. She came for her shift last Monday June 12, 2023. I had a list of chores that I needed to be done, just as I had done 2 weeks before on her first visit. I told her I was having neck spasms and needed to lie down. My roommate was there, but I guess he left for some reason without telling me. I must have fallen asleep and the next thing I heard was Olivia yelling I am outta here! I was groggy, said Are you done? but all I heard was the front door closing. My roommate had left her check and cash tip on the dining room table. When I became fully awake I realized she had not even been here an entire hour, so I checked her work. She had not done even a third of the things I had asked so basically she stole 120.00 from me. I was extremely upset and texted her pictures of all she had left undone. She never responded. I hope she enjoyed our money. I would have liked to stop payment on the check, but I recently did that to a contractor who painted my bathroom. His work was so bad and he told my roommate that we agreed on 150.00 more than we did, so I did cancel the check, offering to pay for the amount we verbally agreed upon. Now he is taking me to small claims court. That is why Olivia got away with her theft. I am just so disillusioned by people trying to get paid for nothing. If I were you I would not let this person in my home.

Olivia is trustworthy, honest, efficient, professional, and detail oriented. The house was sparkly clean after she was done with it. She charges reasonably. We avail her cleaning services every two weeks. We highly recommend her to anyone who appreciates a detail oriented pro.
