This company does not provide realistic expectations for customers or subcontractors and there are communication problems from YHIC to subcontractors and YHIC to customers. This company cannot hold employees. Your best bet is to find a different company or find your own subcontractors and manage it yourself. Took 3 months to complete after I was told it would take 2 days. Called the scheduling department for an appointment, the majority of lines from that department were disconnected from service. nobody had oversight on our project Had to take time out of my day to go into the warehouse to schedule someone to come out and finish my project after the correct items came in (they ordered the wrong things, had 3 people check the order and still got it wrong)"

He called and asked if we preferred to delay (but said he'd be right over if we wanted the appointment). We rescheduled for two days later when it was snowing lightly. He called again to ask if we wanted him to come and we said, "sure". He was very careful not to track in snow even though he had to make several trips in and out. When he left the installation was professionally done and we were impressed that the area was cleaner than when he arrived."
