"Will is extremely knowledgeable and able to explain in detail to a layman the design as well as the reasoning behind it. We had a somewhat complex driveway put in on a slope with bad water drainage and the company did an amazing job putting in the drive and re-routing the water. "Costly! Incorrect measurement of basement windows delayed installation by months. I had to recaulk inside and out, to reseal. Broken window-slider handle. My continuous calls for window installation yielded, no apology or price break. Once installed payment notice immediately mailed with threat of collections because contract states payment at time of completion. No follow up on warranty, servicing etc of my crawl space encapsulation as promised to me at time of signing contract."
