"We recently bought a new home that was renovated and we noticed quickly that the exterior of the house had been pretty much ignored completely. We thought we needed stucco repair and it wasn’t until we found Marvin and Jesus that we realized we have EIFS - an entirely different material that needs more consistent maintenance - especially in cold temps. They are a father + son duo with lots of experience. They did an impeccable job finding exposed areas of the house from top to bottom and took the time to not only patch them up but make sure they looked nice too. I am beyond grateful I found them. They are honest, have very fair pricing and take the time to talk your through the job to ensure you’re getting what you need. I will also add they can help with a variety of projects! We most recently had them pour some concrete to expand our patio space and they did it beautifully! I also needed some electrical and epoxy work so I plan to work with them again in the future. Thank you, Marvin, Jesus and the whole team!"

"They built a very nice deck for me in only 2 days and I was quite happy with the price. Really good guys, they worked through some very cold and windy weather to get it finished."

"I hired them to clean out my gutters. They did a good job with that. Then hired them to put on gutter guards. They turned out good in the end. But there was some supply and communication problems during the process."

Patios questions, answered by experts

A prefab sunroom will last for between 10 and 20 years in most cases, although you could get up to 50 years out of a high-quality prefab sunroom. In addition to material quality, your prefab sunroom’s lifespan will depend on the foundation type and the climate in your area. Extreme weather and expansive soil can decrease the expected life.

A covered deck can be a good investment that increases your home value—especially if you live in a hot region with a lot of sun. A covering over the deck means you can get more use out of it, even on the hottest summer days. With a permanent deck covering, you can even add ceiling fans to help cool down your deck for added comfort.

A screened-in porch can add value to your home, with a potential return on investment (ROI) of 70% to 84%. The actual value added depends heavily on several factors. Climate is a major consideration; homes in warm, humid, or buggy areas (like the Southern regions) see the highest ROI. In colder climates, the value is diminished as the unconditioned space is unusable for much of the year. Other factors that influence the return include the quality of materials and construction, the size of the porch, and the local real estate market. While a screened-in porch can enhance curb appeal and attract potential buyers, it is not included in the home's total square footage for appraisal purposes.

The average cost to screen-in your patio ranges from $2,000 to $4,000. How much you spend depends on the size of your patio, the materials used, and construction complexity. Some patio screen room kits are easy to DIY, but you may need to hire a local screened-in porch builder and obtain permits for more complex designs.

Yes, with proper heating or cooling systems and energy-efficient glazing.
