Excellent work

This crew was totally professional and impressive to watch. They worked quickly, efficiently, and safely taking down two large trees near the street using a giant crane and other equipment. It's been a long time since I saw a contractor do exactly what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it. Thank you -

Everything was fantastic!

We had 3 large trees that all needed to be removed due to carpenter ant infestation. They had a crane large enough to lift the branches over the house, so they didn't need to drive over the grass to get to the one in back. They were very professional and even though it took a couple of months to get to our trees due to various storms in the area, they did the job fast and with no damage and the cleanup was great. The job was done in the rain in one day.

The request I submitted via the online service request form generated a quick reply email that indicated they would come and provide an estimate as soon as they could, but it also said they were running behind on the estimate process and it might take a few weeks. That was OK with me, as the trees did not have to be trimmed in a tight time frame. However, 6 weeks later I had not received an estimate and I had to contact them again. They did send an estimator out very quickly after that, and the price quoted was fair for the work I wanted. I approved the estimate and they scheduled the work approximately 2 weeks later. But, the scheduled day had very bad weather, so the date was pushed back, and then pushed back again when weather did not cooperate (winter weather can be very tricky for performing tree work, so I was not surprised).
When the crew did arrive, they were extremely professional and worked quickly, doing an excellent job. We discussed some of the questions and suggestions they had, and they seemed to take great care in making sure they did what I wanted and did not take out too much. They cleaned up everything before they left and I was quite pleased with the work overall. I would use this vendor again.

They were so fun.  They climb the trees themselves.  They had about six people come out.  We live on a wooded lot.   Someone would shot an arrow with rope on it up and then another people would climb up to saw off the limbs.  We have a lot of Oak trees.  We found out that a neighbor let us know our Oak trees should be treated since his Oak tree had Oakwilt.   Seth came out to look at the trees.  He recommended a specialit to see if our trees needed to be treated as well.  There was no charge for his advice.  They do not provide the service to treat trees.  He has just been very helpful.

The company understood the urgency of the problem and came promptly first for an estimate
and shortly after for performing the work that was needed. At the time of the estimate I received
 a complete explanation of alternatives, best course of action and specifics about materials to be used (The cable).
The installation of the cabling was done swiftly and with expertise. Contact and work was done by Seth in a professional
and amiable manner.

I originally called Quality Care about the trees, but when I explained to them the location of the trees on our lot, they referred me to Seth at Total Tree Care because Quality Care no longer had a tree climber. I called and left a message for Seth and he returned my call within a few hours. I gave him our address and told him I had marked the trees with an X. Within a few days, I received a written estimate that was right in line with what we had paid for removal of other trees on our lot. I called to schedule the service and was given a date approximately 6 weeks later. It was explained to me that if they were in the area on other jobs, they might get to us quicker. Less than 2 weeks later, the trees were down. I was home for 20 minutes before I noticed they were gone because Seth and his team did an excellent job removing the debris and they didn't tear up our yard or plantings. They did a great job.
