"Not trustworthy. They needed me to open two insurance claims to get my roof replaced. When I stated that I didn't want to pay two deductibles, AGR stated they would cover one of the deductibles. They did not. I have an audio recording of them stating they would cover the deductible as proof. They are claiming that this was because I didn't hire them to replace my windows but they stated they would add a 30% markup to the windows and stated there wasn't enough insurance money to cover it. I would highly recommend to stay clear of this outfit."

How often you should pressure wash your house is mainly dependent on where you live and how dirty the area gets. For example, you may want to clean the exterior of your house two or more times a year if you live in an area with a lot of rain and snow. Whether or not you can use a pressure washer to clean your gutter guards depends on the type of gutter guard you have and the strength of the pressure washer. Most gutter guards can handle a low-pressure setting but check first. If you’re unsure if your gutter guard is designed for pressure washing, check your manufacturer’s instructions, ask a pro, or use a garden hose to clean the gutter guard instead. As gutter guards age, they become less resistant to the strong forces of a power washer, so treat older gutter guards with more care.

You can get more pressure out of your pressure washer by adjusting the pressure control knob clockwise to increase pressure (+). You can also check your nozzle for debris and clogs and remove anything you find with needle nose pliers. Switch to a nozzle with a lower-degree spray angle or a turbo nozzle to achieve more pressure at the tip. Check for leaks in the hose and connections, and make sure your water supply is offering enough pressure. 

Yes, you can pressure wash metal fences. However, as with other fencing materials, it’s important to use the right PSI when pressure washing a steel, aluminum, or other metal fence. If you apply too much pressure, you could strip off the paint, ruin the protective coating, or otherwise damage the fence.

Do not use bleach when pressure washing, either in the machine or on the driveway itself. Bleach in a power washer will corrode the seal and nozzles of the machine. Spraying bleach (whether out of the machine or on the driveway itself) blasts bleach into the air. Bleach can be highly dangerous if inhaled, and it can kill plants, flowers, and neighbors' animals that accidentally ingest it.
