He failed to resolve the issue of the door not fitting.

The Service pro needs to improve his communication skills.

He asked for input halfway through to be sure he was doing things correctly and then again before the job was done. It was easy to point out where I wanted something done differently

We had hired this company for a previous project and were satisfied with the work. We had an interior painting project and asked if he would be interested and he was. We agreed on a price and paid half in advance. Part of the job was surface preparation including removal of old wallpaper. After several delays, he arrived and started the painting. He did not remove the wallpaper as agreed upon and did no surface preparation. He painted over wallpaper and did not fill any of the holes in the surface. He left at the end of one day and never came back to finish the work. He has not responded to repeated attempts to contact him.

Hired R C construction. He said he could finish power washing and staining our deck in 3 days. Came on Monday 8/28 @11:am worked for an hour and half said he had to leave to get his helper, came back in 1 hour, worked until 5:00. Scheduled to com back next morning, never showed, never called. Did a terrible job, usd power washer and shredded the wood. I would never hire this contractor again. I agreed to pay him 500.00 half of total. I don,t know that l will use home advisor again.
