The plumber didn't appear to know what he was doing was at my home the entire day. Broke my 75 gal. Hot water tank. Billed me $1,500 for replacing the tank they broke with a non working 50 gal tank. con

Bad. Failed to correctly fix problem. Admitted to causing the flooding in crawl space yet will not work with me on the bill.

"High water bill is due to leaking toilet which she did not approve us to come back and repair ( it is not a normal toilet so did not have parts with us that day 40 minutes drive time one way). Customer did not return our phone after we left a message on the cost to repair the toilet. I did take some off of the bill due to our leak but our leak did not cause her high water bill. The city read her meter after we repaired the leak and then again about 4 days later usage was high due to toilet (over 1000 cubic gallons). Crawl space was not flooded it had water against the side and fitting was spraying out of a joint. It was muddy only along the wall nothing else. The only time we did not return our phone call is when she called regarding wanting us to reduce her bill due to the water leak. Instead of calling her I wanted it in writing on what I found out from the city so it was clear and no misunderstanding on what the problem was so I sent her a adjusted bill stating what I found out about the leaks."

Friendly, talkative, got job done. We had a little problem getting them to come in the first place. They cancelled us for a bigger job, but then got to us the next week.

Overall they did a good job, but they never told me how much it was gonna be and how long it was gonna take. Was a little shocked when I got the bill.

I told them the issue and they came right out. However the guy that showed up had no sense of urgency then didn't have any of the parts to fix it. He then had to go back to the shop and get more stuff. After he came back there was a second guy with him who was much better. However when I got the bill it seemed really high so I questioned them about it. Turns out I was charged for two guys. They did fix the bill, and lowered it by almost 1/3 and said that it should have only taken one guy. However I should not have had to call. The second guy was much better and they did get the leak fixed. But the original guy out had no urgency and should have had at least some parts with him since I had told him the issue. I have used them a few times and would use them again, they are professional and do good work, however the urgency was not that good with the one guy.

Did an excellent job, and even cleaned up the mess the old water heater made. Called them to my mother's home many months later for a different issue, and they were absolutely excellent. Would highly recommend Josh and his fellow employees. |

The plumbers were very nice and professional. They answered all of our concerns and questions. Everything that was on the estimate was completed on time. Since this was a remodel and addition of a shower some of the work had to be done in two different visits. The water pipes were upgraded on the first visit and the the faucets and fixures were installed on the second visit. Each time we scheduled an appointment it was made very promply and the the plumbers were there on time. I am extremely satisified with their work and will call them again when we remodel the other bathroom.

It started out as a good experience. They were on time and pleasant. They turned our water off and were supposed to be back the next day. They called and said they could not come back our for four days. On Monday they did not show up and when I called they came out that Wednesday. They left us seven days with the water off. When they finally came out and turned the water back on there was a leak and a flood in the basement and kitchen and bathroom were flooded. They sent a restoration company to start drying out the water. I was reimbursed for the restoration. I feel like they were not looking at us as people when leaving us with no water for a week. They were not hateful or ugly when we spoke to them. There was just a lack of urgency in getting the water turned back on in the house. The plumber that had come out was very prompt and pleasant.

"First time we were out was on a Thursday started doing the work that the customer wanted and found that she had alot of water pipes that needed to be replaced. Replacing the pipes would take 2 plumbers most of a day we were already booked for the following day. WE thought that we would be able to come out and do some of the work on Monday but the jobs tat were already booked took longer than we thought they should. They was no way to turn the water back on with having leaks on pipes."
