"I had 2 bathrooms updated and a few more small improvement projects. Communication was great, everything was finished in a timely manner, Yair and Jared were professional and friendly. The results surpasses expectations. The photos don’t do it justice."

"Chris and his crew were amazing to work with. Everyone showed up as agreed, listened to our expectations and went above and beyond to try to exceed those expectations. They truly approach the job like they were doing work on their own property. They were neat, professional, courteous and treated our property with respect. I would absolutely use them any time I needed concrete work done. We are thrilled with our beautiful new driveway and walk."

"We had a good experience with Keith Jackson. We called him on a Friday on a recommendation from a carpet store, and he arranged to come to the house the following Monday. (Had our schedule allowed, he would even have been willing to do the work that Saturday.) He came promptly Monday morning, worked hard for about 2-1/2 hours and we were very satisfied with his work. Because he ran out of seaming tape and I offered to go to a home improvement store to get it for him, he deducted $50 from his charge. We paid $175 for the job, which was a very fair price for his labor and supplies."

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

It takes time for damage to accumulate on garage floors. After years without maintenance, they will show cracks, stains, and moisture damage while collecting layers of dust along the surface.

Self-leveling compound usually requires up to 24 hours to dry before you can begin installing tile. It’s best to follow the instructions on the self-leveling product label for appropriate dry time. If you’re still not sure, play it safe and give the self-leveling compound two days to dry before you begin the tiling process.

Professionals ensure effective adhesion by choosing the right adhesive for the materials, preparing surfaces properly, and applying pressure as needed. This attention to detail ensures durable connections in various applications from construction to repairs.

It costs between $600 and $8,400 to stain an average-size concrete patio of around 300 square feet. The wide price range accounts for intricate stains that incorporate multiple colors and stenciling, high-end sealers, and special touches, such as stamping or concrete polishing. Prices can also vary if you need to make multiple repairs to your patio before adding the stain and seal.

Garage floor sealers last anywhere from one to 10 years on average, depending on the type of sealer you use and the traffic it’s exposed to. Acrylic sealers have the shortest longevity, whereas most other options can last anywhere from five to 10 years. If you use an acrylic sealant to protect against stains, reapply every one to two years. Reapply other types of concrete sealers every five years for the best results and maximum protection.
