I got a detailed written quote the same day and the project was completed VERY QUICKLY and exactly as discussed and documented in the written contract. I really liked that there was no attempt to oversell, the plan for the repair and replacement was tailored so that I got exactly what was needed done right: everything from well constructed new fence on the sections that were damaged beyond repair to functional fixes on the sections that just needed a little bit of work. "I called the company in August, left a message, and recieved no reply. I Called again in October and they came out the next day.
The main problem was that they overestimated the area of my roof. I have a 28 square roof (2800 square-feet). They said i have a 35 and one-third square roof. Companies charge between $200 and $300 per square, so this is a large difference.
I went with Affordable Pro Roofing which used 31 squares (28 squares + 10% waste) at a cost of $6000, which was $2000 less than EJs estimate.
