"I can't say enough good things about this Company. I am painfully aware of how difficult it is to find a talented and reliable handyman. I finally found it! Communication was excellent, they showed up when they said they would and let me know if they were going to be a little late. They made sure they completely understood all of the items that I needed help with, provided a quote within 24 hours, and didn't deviate from the quote. They were very easy to work with, personable, and offered suggestions. I highly recommend!"

"Exceptional work and a true professional. Highly recommend and would happily hire Codey again. Codey helped us complete a partially finished basement office by adding trim and casing around two doors and an egress window, installed a bifold closet with trim/casing, and added baseboards around the room. His work was clean and detailed and the room looks great due to this. He also fixed several issues from a previous contractor along the way, including resizing a door cutout that was too small, adjusting another door that never closed properly, and installed a header for the closet that a previous contractor did not. Overall his work was exceptional, he was transparent on all aspects of the project, very polite, and completed ahead of schedule. Highly recommend."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Your indoor pool can be heated or unheated, but the decision depends on your local climate. In regions with freezing temperatures, heating your pool will keep it warm during the winter, especially if it’s only covered with a greenhouse enclosure.

If you keep your swimming water warm and toasty, budget between $300 and $5,700 for the cost of installing a pool heater.

The best time to buy a lap pool is during the fall. While you might not be able to enjoy it for long, you’ll be happy with the money you save. Since fall and winter are the slow seasons for pool companies, they may offer specials or discounts. Talk to a pool installation company in your area to see what deals they have available.

Some pool professionals recommend adding an extra layer of comfort and protection between your pool and the vinyl liner. Made from a range of plastic blends, these liners can absorb moisture, allow the pool liner to breathe, and act as an extra barrier for pests, burrowing animals, and mildew. They also provide an extra layer of comfort for swimmers.

If you put too much chlorine in your pool, it can make the pH level more acidic, creating a health risk. You might experience symptoms like nausea, dizziness, vomiting, skin rashes, and irritation in the eyes, nose, throat, and lungs. To lower the chlorine level, you can turn off your chlorinator or chlorine feeder, add more water to dilute the pool, or remove the cover to let sunlight naturally reduce the chlorine.

The life expectancy of a stock tank pool depends on the level of maintenance that you put into it, but it typically lasts for 10 years or more with regular maintenance and repairs. Regularly testing the water and adjusting the chemical levels, using a chlorine float instead of tablets that can end up on the floor of the pool, lining the pool, cleaning the stock tank, and managing any rust immediately will help extend the life of the pool.
