She is flexible when our schedule changes and easy to communicate with via text. She and her crew of 3-4 show up on time and thoroughly clean our home in about an hour. In addition to bathrooms, floors and surface cleaning, they will wipe down baseboards and cupboards and blinds when needed. Muna is approachable if you want something done differently.
